Adam has now started to "cruise" around the den a bit. This means he will walk from Matt to me to his play table by holding onto the couch and our legs or arm. He isn't moving very fast or very far, but he is excited to start moving more.
We found out today at the grocery store that Adam absolutely loves balloons. Every time we walked by one he would squeal in delight. Of course we gave in and bought him one and he just loves playing with it!So this week it will be just Matt and Adam as I am going to San Diego for a conference. I am excited to have some free evening time where I can actually go out to eat and have a drink...and maybe have time to read a couple of books too! But I will miss both of my boys a lot. I know they will have lots of fun while I am gone (and I am sure there will be plenty of laundry, dishes and cleaning for me to do when I get back). :)

That is TOO funny about the balloons -- we just had the same experience yesterday in the grocery store! Ella is into pointing at EVERYTHING these days, but when she saw the balloons, she pointed as hard as she could, and squealed with pure joy.
