Museum of Science and other fun with Grammy Jo and Pops

Adam spent Friday at Grammy Jo's and Pop's house and had a great time! They went to the Nashua airport where they could get really close to the airplanes.
He also got to check out some firetrucks too. (Pops, are your shoulders tired yet?) :) To continue with the excitement, today we all went to the Museum of Science in Boston, thanks in part to the free tickets we get from work since Genzyme donates millions of dollars to the museum. Even though Adam is young, he had a really great time there! He was so excited to see the huge dinosaur and all of the spaceships hanging from the ceiling. There were tons of buttons to press everywhere and just so many things to look at...
One of the best parts, I do have to say, was the Discovery room, specifically made for pre-schoolers. Adam's favorite was the water table.

At lunch time we were able to get some seats by the window which was great since Adam was able to see all the boats and the "choo choo" (the T going across the Longfellow bridge).

We even went to the indoor lightning show that they have with their huge Van de Graff generators. Adam really liked it and kept on saying "more, more" after it was done.

It was good to go back to the museum and see how much was new to us (it had been at least 10 years since I was there last). We are still, however, waiting for them to add Grammy Jo's name to the list of famous mathematicians. :)
